Time Zone Offset Property Added for Grids

The Time Zone Offset form property is now available for grids and is selected by default when adding a TimeStamp column to the grid. This property correctly formats the UTC dates and times stored in the database and displays them based on the local time zone setting. Previously this setting was only available for data fields not in a grid.
