FormDesignEHR makes it possible to create new windows, and to link one window to another.  New windows created with the Echo tools can be customized for User Groups using the included configuration tools.  These windows can interface with database objects, such as stored procedures and triggers to assist in the ease of data entry and to enforce business rules.

The majority of Echo’s customers utilize some custom forms for custom intake screens or other information that they wish to capture that are not part of the standard product screens. The sample screen below shows examples of the various types of controls that can be included in a form.  Forms also support signatures, hyperlinks, and stored procedures triggered by the opening or closing of the form.
