The appearance of diagnosis descriptions on client records (Client Diagnosis tab) is managed in Diagnosis setup. The Diagnosis page has two tabs:
- Client Diagnosis Settings - Allows the agency to enable or disable the entry of DSM and SNOMED when specifying a Client's Diagnosis in Clients > Diagnosis, and lets the agency to decide how the Diagnosis is pre-populated during Service Entry and selected during Census Billing.
- DSM Mapping - Used to add DSM mappings to define which DSM diagnoses correspond to an ICD-10 code and specifiers. This tab is disabled if the Show DSM on Client Diagnosis setting is not enabled.
The horizontal orange bar indicates the currently selected tab.
