This function dynamically displays the Accounts Receivables amounts as they pass in and out of the Fiscal Overview billing process. Unpaid Balances on the Fiscal Overview screen are read-only.  

• Balances billed with no unprocessed payment associated.
• Balances display as a $ dollar amount. (Charges, minus partial payments and adjustments.)
