Requirements

• EchoVantage license(s)
• Database administrator (DBA) rights
• SQL Management Studio knowledge
• Admin rights on the computer where you will install FormDesignEHR

Download FormDesignEHR

1. Go to https://p2p365.echoman.com
2. Click on "Sign In" in the upper right corner
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Click on "Sign In"
5. Click on "Downloads"
6. Select Form DesignEHR from the list of categories
7. Choose "Form DesignEHR Releases
8. Download the latest release (unless otherwise directed)

Install

1. Extract the files from the .zip file that you downloaded in the previous steps.
2. Navigate to the application .exe file found in the bin folder.
   • formdesignehr-6.0.x > formdesignehr > bin 
3. Run either the 32-bit formdesignehr.exe or 64-bit formdesignehr64.exe.
4. A shortcut can be added to the Desktop to make launching the application more convenient.
