Clients Without Treatment Plans report is a list of clients who do not have a current treatment plan in effect. The report lists clients in alphabetical order and includes their Client Code, Admit Date, Primary Staff, and a Status that is determined based on the following conditions:

• If a client does not have a treatment plan or has only a treatment plan with a status of History, Status will report Missing.
• If a client does not have an active treatment plan but does have a draft plan, Status will report Draft.
• If a client has a treatment plan but the expiration date is before the current date, Status will report Expired.

**A client that has an active treatment plan with an expiration date equal to or greater than the current date is not included on the report.**
