EchoVantage is tested on the most up-to-date versions of the following browsers. Other browser use may show degraded performance and usability.

Windows: Google Chrome*, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge

Mac: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox

Android: Google Chrome

* Chrome is the recommended browser.

Some pages have not yet been optimized for mobile devices. If you notice difficulty using a page on a mobile device please contact support@echobh.com and include details about the page you're trying to use, the device you're using, and the issues you are having.

Recommended Hardware

Processor: Intel Celeron 1.3 GHz or greater

Memory: 4 GB of RAM

Minimum Resolution: 1024 x 768 or greater

Internet Connection: A high-speed internet connection is required
