Claims along with Remittances are an integral part of the Waterfall billing process in EchoVantage. The Claims page has three tabs with similar functions to the three tabs in each of the Fiscal Overview processes.

• Claims Management - Like the Create tab, Claims management allows claims to be selected individually or in groups for rebilling, reprocessing or reversing.
• Reprocessing History - Like the History tab, it allows a user to Finalize, Retry or Reverse a batched claims management job.
• Errors - Like the Errors tabs in Fiscal Overview functions, the user can view job error details and choose to make corrections and Retry or Reverse and start over.

Services that have been processed and posted are available under Claims for the following actions:

1. Rebill Active Charge
2. Reprocess Active Payer
3. Reprocess All Payers
4. Reverse Service Transactions
