Client Allergies v3.48

Client Allergies v3.48

A new version of the FDNext Client Allergies form is available with this version of EchoVantage and includes updates to streamline and improve the workflow for recording and managing a client’s allergies. Allergies can be recorded for classes of drugs, like SULFONAMIDES or ANTI-INFLAMMATORIES, and additional reaction severity information can also be collected.

A client’s allergy information in EchoVantage is synced with NewCrop each time the ePrescibe window is launched with the client in focus. Allergies can only be recorded and updated within EchoVantage.

Record Allergies

  1. Navigate to desired client using the Clinical Home or Clients search.

  2. Select the Timeline tab.

  3. Locate and expand the Client Allergies header.

  4. Find the Client Allergies form and click on the green plus “+” button to add a new record.

NOTE: Your organization may have renamed or moved the Client Allergies header or Client Allergies form, so your exact setup may differ from that shown in the instructions.
