Configuration

EchoVantage Configuration contains the setup for user functions, client entry, service entry, decision supports, and billing activities. The Configuration menu should be accessed by database administrators (DBA) and limited staff members. Staff members assigned DBA rights must be able to manage both the technical and organizational aspects of the system.  DBAs should have a solid understanding of computer hardware, experience with Windows-based programs, and a clear understanding of how the application will be used by the organization.
