The Clients Without Appointments report highlights clients that do not currently have an appointment or event scheduled or have an appointment or event scheduled that is 10 or more days from the current open Episode start date. These clients are displayed in red. Clients that have an event scheduled within 10 days of the current open Episode start date are also included and are displayed in black. There are no parameters for this report. Simply select from the Client Reports folder to run.

• Converting an Event to a Service does not push the Client off the report.
• Changing the Episode status to closed does not push the Client off the report.
• Only end-dating the Episode pushes the Client off the report.
