The Wait List Report lists all Clients on the Wait List by Space.

1. There are two prompts available for this report:

• Client Code - Report may be run for one specific client or left blank for all clients.
• Space name - Report may be run for a specific Space or left blank for all Spaces.

2. The report is grouped by Space and Clients waiting for that space makeup the rows.

3. The report is sorted by Space. Then by Client in descending Days on List order.

4. A summary table is presented at the end. This includes the Space Name, the Client Count for that Space, and the Average Days on the List (calculated by total days on list divided by the number of clients on the wait list).
