The Service Status report tracks Services prior to Billing and Charge creation. These are grouped into four categories. The total duration is reported for each category and a Service count is included for all except the Events Not Recorded as Services category.

1. Start Date and End Date parameters are available to enter a custom date range.

2. Events Not Recorded as Services

• These are scheduled Events that have not been used to create Services.
• A subtotal for duration is available.

3. Services Not Marked as Ready

• Services listed as Not Ready
• Status = N (dbo.Services)

4. Services Marked as Ready but not been selected for Processing

• Services listed Ready
• Service Status = R (dbo.Services)

5. Services Processed, but not Finalized

• Services that are processed but no charge created, On Hold
• Status = H (dbo.Services)

6. Total Duration and Service Count are provided for each Service grouping (N, R, H). Duration only is provided for the Events not recorded as Services group.
