The Occupancy Characteristics report lists all Spaces as defined in Configuration>Setup>Occupancy. Selecting this report from the menu automatically runs the View Report feature as there are no parameter prompts to specify. It is grouped by Parent Space and then Child Space if applicable and sorted alphabetically. Along with the Description, Characteristics and Capacity, entries in the Placements menu option are used to calculate Current Occupancy, and Wait List client counts.

1. Alpine Meadows is the first Space alphabetically in this test database. 

• Description is listed.
• Parent Space is none because this is the Parent space
• The Capacity, Current Occupancy, and Wait List numbers for this space are Null or zeros because the Capacity has not been configured and there are no client placements or on the waiting list.
• The Characteristics are listed.

2. Alpine Ward is a Child Space of the Parent, Alpine Meadows, so it is indented on the report. Child Spaces list all of the same information as the Parent Space.
